We proudly serve all across Connecticut — including Hartford County, Litchfield, Tolland, New Haven, and Fairfield. Wild Wild Zest also travels to parts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island for select events. Wherever the party is, we’ll bring the bar to you!

3. Do you provide the alcohol?

Wild Wild Zest operates as a dry-hire mobile bar, meaning you or your venue provide the alcohol, and we handle everything else — from setup and professional bartending to mixers, ice, cups, and fresh garnishes. We can also help you build a shopping list for exactly how much to buy based on your guest count.

4. What bar setups do you offer?

We offer a few unique bar setups to fit any event style:

• Our converted horse-trailer bar – rustic charm meets zesty fun!

• Satellite bars – 3 satellite bar options, perfect for indoor or outdoor events to match any theme
  Each setup can be customized with décor to match your theme.

5. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! Wild Wild Zest is fully insured and TIPS-certified for responsible alcohol service. We also carry liquor liability insurance and can add your venue as an additional insured if required.

6. What types of events do you bartend?

We bartend for weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, backyard celebrations, birthdays, corporate events, and festivals. Basically — anywhere that could use a splash of zest and great cocktails!

7. Do you make signature cocktails?

Absolutely! We love helping you design signature cocktails that fit your theme or color palette — like a Lavender Lemonade, Spicy Mango Margarita, or Citrus Paloma. We’ll even include a custom shopping list for ingredients and garnishes.

8. How far in advance should I book Wild Wild Zest?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for weddings or large events, especially during peak seasons (May–October). Smaller parties or weekday events can often be booked with shorter notice — but the earlier, the zestier!

9. What’s included in your bartending packages?

Every package includes professional bartenders, full bar setup, coolers, bar tools, napkins, straws, garnish containers, ice bins, and cleanup. Add-ons include signature drink design, mocktail stations, or extra décor.

10. How do I reserve my date?

Once you’re ready, we’ll send over a digital contract and deposit request via Square to secure your date. After that, we’ll schedule a quick chat to go over your timeline, drink selections, and signature cocktail ideas.

11. Do you offer mocktails or non-alcoholic options?

Yes! We love creating custom mocktails for baby showers, family events, or corporate gatherings. They’re just as fun and flavorful — all zest, no buzz.

12. Do you travel outside of Connecticut?

Yes, Wild Wild Zest is available for select events in western Massachusetts and Rhode Island. A small travel fee may apply depending on distance, but we love bringing our bars on the road!
